Project Summary

The Urban Community Group are developing two large luxury houses in Brisbane’s university suburb of St Lucia for a client in Shanghai.

The site was chosen as parkland wraps around two sides with a wonderful protected waterway at the bottom of the sites and views into the tree canopies with the houses spilling down the slope so all levels enjoy the peace and tranquility of the greenery.

The owner wisely chose to build new homes in this location and his timing could not have been better with the growth in the Brisbane housing market through 2021-2023.
