Development on Demand

The Urban Community Group offers a Development on Demand service to select qualified clients.

For clients who have a particular need we will source a project in their preferred location and which allows the development of the property that fulfils their needs. It may be a mixed-use development where the client keeps a penthouse, other apartments or townhouses, an office or retail shop or a mix of these asset classes.

Clients for whom we do projects on a Development on Demand basis are ordinarily equity partners investing their own capital to generate a project that fulfils their specific property needs. These projects are often done for extended families investing together.
